Nov. 3-6. During the third annual St. Barth Gourmet Festival, eight visiting chefs will present the best in French cuisine at hotels across the island. Each chef will prepare four- and eight-course menus that highlight their individual culinary styles and signature dishes. Special events will also take place in and around St. Barth over the three-day festival.
This year’s patron chef is Christian Le Squer of the Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris. Fabien Lefebvre, Michelin-starred chef at Octopus in Béziers, will be the featured guest chef at Le Guanahani. Menu
